couple misc. Q's!?
can you decorate this chair (white one) w/out any kind of cover? like..w/ black tulle or something?

also, can you rent table runners? or buy them cheap for 7 banquet tables? i need black ones...
i want to use white tablecloths but need to add a large splash of black on the table...can u do this w/ out a table runner?
I would tie black tulle to hang straight down the back of the chair. Instead of lots of fabric for a table runner, use black tulle to decorate the top, it will tie in with the chairs decor too. Good luck!
