My leather jacket came clean with another sense, the end - is this normal?
I took my fave designer Leather Tote (Black) to suit dry cleaning and he came back looking more dull, feeling more rigid. Is it normal and softened again over time? Is there a product that helps? Thank you!

It's easier to answer people give you if it is not the same that they have made to the cleaners. 90% of the time this is not the fault of the cleaning. Look at some of my other posts. I tell our customers to wear their coat of leather or suede as long as possible before cleaning. Our Cleaner is a cleaner high-end price. Once you clean with it will change, some more than others.
