Why such a big percentage of mixed Brazilians or mixed Latinos deny any black blood?
You know in Brazil , even if someone is OBVIOUSLY mixed , they will claim Portuguese , native , Spanish , you name it , anything but black, why is that?
dj pierre , where i live (Greece) every mixed person (not that we have many) claims Greek first and anything else after.In Italy the same , now in France you got a point.When you include Europe you probably mean only UK and you think that includes all Europe???!!
As for USA, well black,white,mixed,latino,you name it Americans,these peeps are a rare case of extreme racism , so i dunno what's going on there!
This one about Brazil is true though , i even saw a special about it in National Geographic and same goes for Colombia , Puerto Rico etc
They hate being identified as blacks!

We do not deny being black, but in Brazil, we view race is a little different than in the US. WE DON'T HAVE TO AGREE WITH YOU PEOPLE or VIEW it as you want us to. Here just because you have some black in you, does not make you black. We have all shades and colours, so we do not label ourselves stricly in a race, but within a mix of! So even though many of us have black in us, we dont go on the streets claiming such thing.
