Buff Imprint
Can I record the arrival on my desk?
I spilled nail polish remover on my dining table. Most were removed with tissue paper before they stop too much damage, but now there are marks imprint towels. Can they be polished? If yes, what should I use? I really do not want to finish the table if I did not do. Thank you.
If the surface finish was damaged, but did not go to the end of the wood surface and removed some of the color, you can get some wet glass / Sec, 800-1000 grain (if you do not find at home center and a store that specializes in paintings must) and wet sand instead. Do not sand than through the finish line. Now, if the table itself has a matte glaze, you can rub the stain with 0000 fine steel wool (to New Visitor Centre). Make sure to use a light touch and rub with the direction of wood grain, not against it. If you have a glossy finish, you may be able to use 0000 steel wool with a polish to reveal the splendor of the area you sand will dull. Except not light up enough so you can get the polish and rub on the spot to put the luster back to shine.
