How to restore back to factory Settings and clear my hard drive?

I have a toshiba P205-S6237 laptop. I want to more or less get it back to the way it was when I bought it. I have alot of things hidden that I cant seem to clear off. So i have everything I want to keep backed up and now i just need to delete everything that isnt needed and start fresh. The problem is i dont have any recovery disks. If its any help I am runing Vista Home Premium on it. Thanks for the help

I wouldn't try it without a recovery disk. I mean, you could just go buy a copy of Vista and install from scratch but you may have difficulty finding drivers for your hardware and find that you've booted up with no lan port and no way to download drivers off the internet.

What about contacting Toshiba about a replacement recovery disc?
