in australian law if you have a doctor cert for massive jaw injuries are you allowed to carry a knife safely?
I was in court for carring a knife in a public place .in a pouch when asked why i told the police in new south wales that i used it for eating I have a medical certificate stating my injuries. he said that my excuse wasn't good enough.
I took it to court and the judge took $250 off my fine but still left me to pay $300 for the remaining of the charge
no it is a prohibited weapon, the above answers are wrong there is no permit
try appealing be jarful there is a time limit
keep appealing
if you take action your self you can do it relatively cheaply
