How can I get two huge brown dirt stains off white cotton shorts?
I've already washed them and the stain didn't come off and then I washed them after treating them with stain remover and the stain faded a little bit, but didn't come off. The shorts are short white Hollister shorts and the stain looks like dirt, but I don't ever remember staining my shorts and the stains are huge, like they're each the size of a small pancake. I don't want to have to throw them away and the stain needs to come off. Please help 
actually, any good soap, oxyclean, even dishwasher soap, and a scrub brush. let it soak. there are also sprays that remove stains. check the cleaning aisle at your local walmart or grocery store.
