Can't remember a movie title. Setting: renaissance, main character is super alcoholic, end scene he look sca?
I remember seeing it in early 2000's, about some dude who is super rich but a really big alcoholic, I believe it takes place in England? But he gets ridiculed by becoming such an alcoholic and it gets to the point where it ruins his reputation and he looks all nasty and wets himself and such. In the end there is this scene where there is some kind of council in a circular formation and he comes in and stands in the middle and gives some big speech.
