There is no yellow puss coming out of the spots. When the spots are sweated on, or in the sun it seems to get worse.
And those spots do not tan they stay white.
How big are these spots? It sounds like you are describing tinea versicolor, which is a fungal infection of the skin. It is most commonly located on the chest, back, shoulders, and rarely goes below the waist or above the neck. It tends to be worse in the summer, itches when you sweat or take a hot shower, and they will not tan (which is why they are more noticeable in the summer). The treatment is with Selenium Sulfide Lotion, which will eliminate it temporarily, although it will likely recur again at some time in the future, because this fungus is ubiquitous and grows on you because of a particular lipid that is produced by your skin. It is not contagious, and it is not dangerous....
but first you would need an accurate diagnosis. A rash can not be diagnosed online. You should check with your doctor, and they can prescribe you the appropriate medication.
