I try to make a phase converter rotation, and the need to know math to calculate my current.?
We have a 3-phase motor 3 horspower on a wooden glider. We as the unique power resedential phase in our shop. We try to make a phase rotation phase converter 3 which uses a second motor and some capacitors to start it. What is the size of wiring we need, what size capacitors Will we need to start the phase converter, and what size of breeze run this mess? Could someone explain the math behind the calculations? I know this will be complex-math, but I have a little background in this field. Thank you for your help

It is made by a large number of fans and it seems to work, but this is not the kind of thing that is usually designed for sale. It is normally done by trial and error. Different engines may need the same rating of capacitors of different sizes. A given engine can work better with different capacitors according to the charges.
