Star Double
Are there any double stars, nebulae, or star clusters in these constellations?
Orion
Taurus
Canis Major
Gemini
Cetus
I was just wonder if there were any double stars, nebulae, or star clusters in these constellations
Yes. For example, Rigel in Orion is a multiple star. The middle "star" in Orion's sword is actually the brightest nebula in the sky (you can see it pretty well with binoculars and recognize it is not a star but a bright nebula. Taurus contains an open cluster of stars we call the Pleadies, as well as the Hyadies. Sirius, in Canis Major is a double star. Actually all these things are in all these constellations.
The current (February 2011 issue) of Sky and Telescope has an article on double stars in the Orion-Canis Major area.
