What is the best way to snowboard?
I have started as a beginner, and I seem to be doing ok, except the jumps and bumps. Is there a way I can fix this? Like how to stand or what to do before the jump or bump? And also how do you like steer a snowboard? 5 stars easy
little bumps and cruddy snow and jumps, bend your knees and keep the board flat!
You carve to steer, just put your weight on your front foot (It's really hard to explain without just showing you..) and ride on your toeside, then change on your heel side when you want to go the other way. (Don't be afraid to kick that board around, no need to be gentle.)
Have a great season. The best bet for text on carving is just google it, there are some sites that explain it well.
