how to remove a broken bolt in the engine block?
bolt snapped off of my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am water pump housing, I used Easy Remover spiraling screw bits but it just made a big hole and I sprayed down with w d40 before I tried to man6 info i didn't DRIL try to set the bit set Made Easy
Weld a nut on it if possible, drill or bolt with a broken drill bit slightly smaller than the son in the hole. Make sure you do not touch the son. Then use a tap of the right size to get the rest of the metal. In addition, remove the WD40 and use PB Blaster. It is much more powerful for such work.
