Bookbinding Design
Is this a bad idea to use screws Chicago to bind a book that is five inches thick? "
I build my portfolio graphic design and I am considering using Chicago screws technique of bookbinding. I have enough pages to fill a book of five inches. Can using the screws from Chicago to engage and still be able to easily turn the pages? I am sure all will end up putting three binders rings. I want mine to stand out. It's why I'm looking for the screw of Chicago. It's for my final exam grade in school sophomore. It is for a scholarship.
It will be harder to navigate as a binder. With this kind of presentation, it is crucial it is more professional. What methods other people use? If you have just started in the field, it might be a bad idea to be too "out there".
