Tooling Leather

Have leather tool case, not opened for a long time. Smells like vomit. How can i get rid of this smell.?
Try putting in a dish of kitty litter & close the case. You may need to do this for a couple of days (changing the litter) but kitty litter should soak up the weird smell. I have used this method when trying to get smells out of old boxes and closets & it's worked great.
