Toe Plates

I bruised my big toe nail and it really hurts!?
I dropped a small plate on my big toe. it landed right where the skin meets the nail. it just happened a few hours ago. I took a warm bath. it helped a little bit but it still throbs. Right now the color of the bruise is a lightesh darkesh blue. How long will it take to heal?
Ha, you're just like me! My fingers and toes are subjected to countless injuries daily. I would say, if the plate is heavy, about a week-two weeks (everybody is different, I heal instantly but my friends takes longer), if not, than probably a week to a week and a half.
